Together with Danielle, Sandra and the group Back to Sport from the Rehazenter Luxembourg, we took part for the second time at the Spicy 3 in Belgium. We are very proud of Danielle and Sandra.
The Spicy 3 is a triathlon where people with and without disabilities start together in teams. In this years edition the athletes had to master 500m swimming, 24 km biking and 6 km running, which makes it a tough competition.
The Spicy 3 is aims to support the „Fondation l‘Hymne aux enfants“, a charity organisation that promotes different projects in Burkina Faso.
